The Evanston office is located on the Southwest corner of Central Street and Ridge Avenue across the street from Evanston Hospital. We have our own free parking lot that you enter from Central Street. Please make sure that you have our parking pass prominently displayed on your windshield so that you don’t get towed. If our lot is full, you may use one of the many lots in our vicinity that charge a small fee.
Our office is also accessible by CTA bus #201 and the CTA Purple line Central Station, which is a 1/2 block away.
HOURS
Monday-Friday
8am – 9am : Walk-in sick visit hours, no appointment needed
9am – 5pm : Regular visits for both sick and well children, by appointment
5pm – 7pm : Sick visits, by appointment, as needed (appointments are booked consecutively and the office closes after 6pm if no appointments are scheduled)
Saturday
9:30am – 11am : Scheduled sick visits, office may stay open later as needed. Call by 10am for appointment. NO walk-ins on Saturdays.
Sunday/Holiday
10am – 11am : Scheduled sick visits, office may stay open later as needed. Call by 10am for appointment. NO walk-ins on Sundays or Holidays.

The Buffalo Grove office is at the Northwest corner of Arlington Heights Road and McHenry Road. There is free parking in the outdoor parking lot in front of the building.
