Beginning November 1st, 2020, we are transitioning our weekday walk-ins to a system that uses telehealth (see instructions below).
- Please log on to our telehealth system between 8:00 am to 8:30am. Patients will enter into a “virtual waiting room” to wait for a doctor to initiate a visit.
- Telehealth walk-in visits may be transitioned to an in-person visit. During the telehealth visit, your doctor may decide it is necessary to bring your child into the office for further evaluation and treatment — pajamas will be acceptable if you have to come in right away!
- Telehealth walk-ins will be billed to your insurance company as a sick visit (along with any required co-pays). If you have general, non-urgent questions about your child’s health, you should call during regular office hours as usual, and your doctor will return your call.
- We recommend that any questions about COVID testing or the pandemic be addressed in a phone call during normal business hours.
As always, please do not hesitate to call our office with any questions. We are still available for same-day sick visits by appointment!
