Dr. Vincent Spears received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI where he graduated Magna cum laude. He then attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine where he received his M.D. and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Spears completed his post-graduate training at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago/McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.

Dr. Spears grew up in Cary, IL and now resides in Chicago. He loves spending time outdoors, trying new local restaurants, and rooting for Chicago sports teams. Dr. Spears enjoys the process of building long term relationships and trust with his patients and their families in order to guide them towards living their healthiest lives possible. He has been with North Suburban Pediatrics since 2020.
