Dr. Vince Spears joined North Suburban Pediatrics in 2020 and is dedicated to helping children thrive from infancy through young adulthood. He values building strong relationships with families and believes that the best care comes from listening, educating, and partnering with parents to support each child’s unique needs.

A Chicagoland native, Dr. Spears grew up in Cary, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Marquette University, graduating magna cum laude, before attending the University of Illinois College of Medicine. There, he earned his medical degree and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his pediatric residency at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago through the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.

As both a pediatrician and a father, Dr. Spears understands the joys, challenges, and countless questions that come with raising children. He strives to create a welcoming environment where families feel heard, supported, and confident in their healthcare decisions.

Outside the office, Dr. Spears enjoys spending time with his wife and son, exploring the outdoors, cooking for family and friends, and cheering on Chicago sports teams.
